IIM Road, Lucknow – It is a bypass road connecting Sitapur Road and Hardoi Road, there are a couple of good projects on this road, although the development on this location is slow as compared to other parts of Lucknow but still few good townships are developed here and people from Hardoi, Sitapur, Jankipuram Extension are attracted towards this part of the city.

Infrastructure and connectivity to the city is good.
